Student Ministries Pastor

Pastor of Student Ministries
Harvest Community Church in Kittanning, PA – www.harvestpa.org Our church is spread out over four counties with two campuses in a rural environment. Sunday attendance is approximately 700. The Pastor of Student Ministries will have leadership responsibility for all children and youth classes and programs.
Our vision is:
To reach into the communities and engage students of all ages utilizing culturally relevant methods with a goal of sharing the Gospel
To connect individuals to opportunities to grow and develop the skills necessary to live a Christ centered life in today’s society.
We are seeking an individual that possesses a combination of education and experience that prepares him to organize and lead the ministries of children and youth. He will need to be:
A Dynamic communicator capable of conveying a vision consistent with that of HCC
A Spiritually mature with a shepherd’s heart
A Self-starter that can recruit, coordinate, and train volunteer leaders
Passionate to evangelize the lost and have the ability to equip and disciple the committed
A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered commensurate with education and experience.
