The Youth Ministry Apprenticeship is placing 10 full-time youth ministers in 10 Episcopal Churches throughout Arizona. It is a 3 part program: 1) A locating service to identify superior candidates. 2) A two- year/10 hr per week youth ministry training program. 3) A four-year grant to churches in order to afford to hire youth ministers. The focus of the training program is to deepen character, develop competency and discern calling. It is designed for new college graduates.
